The school recovery blueprint includes:

8 classroom tents for daily learning 2 administrative tents for school operations 7 bathroom units for safety, dignity, and hygiene 1 drilled water well with pump and storage tanks 960 student kits with school bags and stationery Land preparation, fencing, and site organization A structured shift system serving Grades 1–12

Weeks 1–2: Site Preparation Land leveling, cleaning, site organization, and coordination with local suppliers.

Weeks 3–6: School Ecosystem Setup Installation of classroom tents, administrative tents, furniture, fencing, water access, and sanitation facilities.

Week 7: Inspection and Handover Preparation Safety checks, staff preparation, and operational readiness.

Week 8: Reporting and Accountability Documentation, financial reporting, impact updates, and follow-up.
